In the case that the product you ordered came in deformed shape or you’d like a refund on a unused item you’ll need to return the item within 30 days. Please contact us at info@uniformpatch.com to start the process. We do not offer refunds for custom made products, unless the error was made from our side. In such case we will offer a 100% refund. If however, mistake came from your (customer) side, such as typo’s, wrong color selection, wrong shipping address or failure to provide us with specification for your custom order, we are not obligated to offer a refund.
Uniform Patch is not responsible for any lost packages that are confirmed delivered from our shipping providers. If your package is not confirmed delivered within 12 weeks of purchasing, please contact us at info@uniformpatch.com for assistance.
